[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide community based pre-kindergarten services to children who are at least 3 years old at the time of enrollment, ensure that each child is able to enter school ready to learn while offering family support services, outreach efforts to a diverse multicultural community, a balanced daily program of child-initiated and adult-directed activities, promote an environment of acceptance which supports and respects gender, culture, language, ethnicity and family composition to the government authority located in Rockville, MD.
(2) A pre-submission conference will be held on February 14, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
