[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide home based visiting and support services to the early childhood system of care including develop and implement a cultural and linguistic competence appropriate social marketing campaign, access to evidenced based home visiting services to support children and families within the local system of care, provide families with information on child development and early learning, promote opportunities for social support and development to ensure social, emotional, cognitive, physical and development health to the government authority located in Westminster, MD.
(2) A contract term will be for one year.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
