Vendor needs to provide care coordination training service to the government authority located in Catonsville, MD.– Applicant will provide an online training module series for care coordinators and their supervisors to receive initial, annual and ad hoc training on important skill building techniques on family engagement, plan of care development and coordination of services for families.– Develop a comprehensive education and training plan for care coordination organization (CCO) staff that includes face–to–face and web–based components– Develop and disseminate training materials.– Market training opportunities.– Maintenance of a public–facing website. Ensure accurate and up– to– date web content, implement updates, and troubleshoot problems with the website as they arise.– Maintain a comprehensive listing of all training activities conducted.– Develop and implement a clear and measurable outreach plan.
