(1) Vendor needs to provide professional support services will include planning, analysis, engineering, design, development, documentation, implementation, and operation and maintenance support for projects in all stages of their life cycle and work requirements also include activities related to project management, administration, technical research and analysis, system documentation, database administration, end-user training, curriculum development, and operational support for specific information system applications and among other activities to the government authority located in Bethesda, MD.
