[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 homeless hotline services for county residents who are experiencing literal homelessness, at imminent risk of homelessness or facing a crisis that impacts immediate safety or wellbeing, and other supportive services.
(2) Approximate call volume will be 5,000 calls per month.
(3) All clarification must be submitted no later than September 9, 2016.
(4) A pre-application information meeting will be held on September 7, 2016.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
