(1) Vendor needs to provide after-hours crisis answering services during Monday to Friday from 5:00 pm to 8:00 am, on weekends from 5:00 pm Friday afternoon to 8:00 am Monday morning and on state holidays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on September 9, 2016.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
