[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide after-hours crisis hotline services to operate and manage a toll free hotline daily from 4:30 pm to 8:30 am on weekdays and 24 hours per day on weekends and holidays for persons calling to report child and adult abuse and neglect in county.
(2) Approximate call volume will be 500 calls per month.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2016.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
