Government Authority located in City of Frederick, Maryland; USA based organization looking for vendor to provide occupational health and wellness services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide following occupational health and wellness services for approximate 6,500 employees. Total approximate employee visit will be 1,000 employee visits per month.
(1) Occupational Health (On-site Wellness Units): This requirement includes Emergency treatment, Preventive health screening examinations, Treatment and/or assessment of on-the-job illnesses and injuries, Referral for emergency medical treatment at another facility, Employee health maintenance examinations, General medical services that keep employees at work, and administration of allergy shots and other immunizations.
(2) Employee Assistance Program: This requirement includes short-term counseling, Problem solving, referral and follow-up services for any employee whose problem(s) may include, but are not limited to financial, legal, marital, job stress, chemical dependency, substance abuse, parenting, grief, sexuality, eating, gambling, emotional, and violence.
(3) Fitness Center: This requirement includes professional, responsive and personalized services offered through a variety of fitness options, e.g., aerobic and abdominal strengthening classes, yoga, and etc.
