[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide complaint investigator officer services to assist state department of education, division of special education, early intervention services, family support and dispute resolution branch with conducting state complaint investigations, as required by the individuals with disabilities education act.
- To serve as a consultant who can work up to 460 hours within one year during regular business hours to assist the Branch with conducting State complaint investigations, providing technical assistance, and following-up to ensure compliance
- consultant will be responsible for assisting with State complaint investigations for students with disabilities, age birth through 21, including the development of written reports
- Assist with the development of written Letters of Findings and other correspondence regarding procedural and implementation requirements of public agencies that accurately reflects information and determinations regarding compliance with special education requirements, within the timelines established by the law
to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 11, 2018.
(3) The contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
