[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 inbound call answering service to handle live calls coming into the emergency hotline, as well as from various automatic dialers within 10 minutes of receiving calls.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 13, 2018.
(3) Contract term will be three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
