[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide print certification and inventory solution that will electronically track and certify the disposition of consecutively numbered cardstock from receipt and storage, through processing to output.
- The solution must provide real-time, electronic computation of consumable inventories and be able to operate with minimal manual intervention.
- Automatically accept and update cardstock inventory upon delivery and receipt.
- Track the disposition of each social security card from inventory through processing to output.
- Collect disposition processing statistics.
- Calculate accountability at various processing intervals.
- Collect counts and associated data during processing for the purposes of reporting.
- Generate scheduled and ad hoc reports.
- Perform end of processing accountability.
- Automatically accept, track and calculate various consumable inventories.
- To include but not limited to printer toner, printer ink, print heads, envelopes, tape dispenser refills and staples.
- Generate barcodes for consumables.
- Track consumables usage and cost data during processing.
- Update inventory quantities.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
