[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide consultant for the nonpublic tuition assistance program service for nonpublic tuition assistance program which includes the application process, data system, and program cost setting for the local school systems and the nonpublic special education schools to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.
- Demonstrated knowledge of special education laws, regulations, policies, programs and issues
- Demonstrated knowledge of nonpublic tuition assistance programs
- Demonstrated knowledge of nonpublic application processes, data systems, and rate setting for special education nonpublic schools
- Demonstrated ability to respond effectively to problems and inquiries from school personnel and concerned stakeholders
- Demonstrated skill interpreting and applying laws and regulations governing special education programs
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 30, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
