(1) Vendor needs to provide development and execution of an ongoing comprehensive audit review loan technical assistance and risk services for consumer operated and oriented plan program
- Analyze federal and state statutes, rules, regulations, loan agreements, manuals, and other program guidance related Program to develop the audit
- Develop an audit review plan that includes compliance-based reviews, targeted reviews based on prior audit, review findings and observations, and targeted ad hoc audits of the based-on risk profile.
- Develop, refine, and test the audit review plan, processes, protocols, policies and procedures, data collection, and guides for various audits and specific targeted audit areas in accordance with established policies and procedures and accepted auditing standards
- Examine and validate data elements, collection, and reporting for perceived risk or misstatements including statistical, analytical and narrative data
- Develop a risk profile for identify and stratify the risk financial stability, compliance with program requirements, and program integrity for purposes of ad hoc audits or other compliance actions, etc.to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
