[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide court cleaning service for empty trash cans, remove trash, refill paper towels, toilet tissue, liquid hand soap and paper cup dispenser, clean and disinfect basins, vacuum all carpeted areas to the government authority located in Annapolis, MD.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on April 13, 2016.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
