[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide student information system included:
- Student system module
- Student services module
- Discipline and student logs
- State and federal reporting
- Gradebook
- Assessment and reports
- Student and parent portal
The proposal should include a detailed explanation of the respondent’s approach to each of the following components:
- Implementation planning and project management;
- Supplying the necessary technology and software;
- Integration and installation services;
- Recommendation for production and development hardware and infrastructure;
- Interface to external and internal applications;
- Testing;
- Training;
- Data Conversion and migration;
- Documentations;
- Disaster recovery, system recovery and backup and restore.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 29, 2018.
(3) A pre-proposal conference will be held on December 4, 2018.
(4) A contract term will be for five years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
