- It must include online health appraisals, (also known as health risk appraisal or HRA), personalized healthy lifestyle information, fitness center attendance tracking, and other tailored tracking and assessment tools to deliver a complete interactive health and wellness and health promotion system for eligible federal employees of customers, as appropriate.
