[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide accounting reconciliations services to reconcile investments, net assets, endowments and split interest rate agreements between the general ledger and sub systems on a monthly basis
- Develop an easily maintained reconciliation process for each of the needed balance sheet and income statement items and train the Finance team so that the process can be maintained internally going forward
- Complete the accounting for the endowment investment portfolio, preparing all necessary journal entries and final reports needed to complete the financial statements and footnotes.
- Complete the Split Interest Agreement Reconciliation and Analysis and prepare all necessary journal entries and final reports needed to complete the financial statements and footnotes
- Complete the Net assets reconciliation and analysis and prepare all necessary journal entries
- Train Finance staff to complete the net asset reconciliation and analysis, including final reports needed to complete the financial statements and footnotes. the finance staff should be able to complete these tasks un-assisted beginning FY20 to the government authority located Annapolis, MD.
(2) The contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
