[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide IT modernization customer communications management software to find a better way to connect with the public and respond to their correspondence needs using expanded communication channels.
- The solution shall provide a 508-compliant user interface.
- The solution must not limit the number of created content objects.
- The solution shall allow the user to create content without character/length limitation, including the use of international characters.
- The solution shall provide the ability to allow one or more users to view and use the same content across multiple notice applications simultaneously.
- The solution shall allow current work to be AutoSaved at configurable intervals.
- The solution shall allow the creation, modification, saving, deletion and archival (e.g. obsolescence) of draft and published content through individual content components or templates (e.g. static language, images, signatures, dynamic language, dynamic variables, etc.) via a web-based user interface.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
