[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide highly-qualified consultant to architectural, engineering, landscape architectural, construction administration and related services for the complete design of phase 1 of the recreational park to the government authority located in Silver Spring, MD.
- A new carousel roundhouse complex (carousel relocation and new structure, ticketing/office, restrooms, support spaces), playground, trails, parking lot expansion, stormwater management, utilities, landscaping, and reforestation.
(2) A pre-proposal information meeting will be held on November 6, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than November 14, 2018.
