Government Authority located in Maryland; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for organics marketing and operations advisement services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide planning and marketing assistance for the county’s organic products.
- The products include compost, mulch and blended topsoil. Planning and management tasks may include but are not limited to development of metrics and tools to better determine operating costs, revenue projections, and maximize production.
- The Consultant shall work with the county to better streamline material handling methods and logistics to reduce costs and equipment usage.
- The Consultant may assist in the planning of marketing efforts and public outreach.
- The Consultant shall observe operations and make recommendations on ways to streamline or improve productivity of organic processing operations.
- Consultant shall complete a market analysis to help set a price point that shall meet product distribution goals while also maximizing revenue.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 8, 2018.
(3) A pre-submittal conference will be held on November 7, 2018.
(4) Contract term will be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
