[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide food services to the various department of detention facilities to the government authority located in Annapolis, MD.
Including;
- Deliver high-quality food services that meet or exceed audit standards.
- Operate food services at full staffing as outlined.
- Operate the food services in a cost-effective manner with full reporting and accountability to the superintendent or designee.
- Maintain an open and collaborative relationship with the administration and staff.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of food services to include the number of daily required inmate and staff meals.
- Operate food services in a humane manner with respect to the inmates’ right to basic nutritional standards.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on November 8, 2018.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 15, 2018.
(4) Contract period will be for one year.
