[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide facilities management work order web-based system that will be used to process work orders generated for 323,000 square feet of office space.
- Ability to request, schedule, track and manage work orders to include labor, materials, requestor, asset location, response and repair time, type of request, employee completing task, and resolution information.
- Users will be able to request work orders on line and follow the status until completion.
- Ability to schedule, track and manage preventive maintenance and use this information to build a database of regularly occurring preventive maintenance tasks.
- Ability to inventory and track materials, supplies and assets capturing information such as documents, images, warranty information, serial numbers, model, cost data, installation dates, and location.
- Ability to capture and track project management tasks and track costs and personnel associated with the project.
- System shall be user friendly, intuitive and simple to use and have a streamlined look for maintenance technicians, Ability to import electronic building data.
- Mobile capabilities shall be available for maintenance staff to receive and update work orders and tasks.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
