[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide social media monitoring services to following
- Intelligent crawling technology that tracks only relevant sites.
- Querying and segmentation capabilities.
- Unlimited dashboards, unlimited tags, unlimited internal regulations control, unlimited alerts and unlimited users.
- Smart spam filters that automatically exclude irrelevant mentions.
- Updated conversations and posts in real time, i.e., every second or faster.
- Complete access to Twitter data, both historically and in real-time, i.e. the full Twitter “firehose”.
- Full Reddit “firehose”.
- The ability to add a site to the system when requested by a client/FDA
- Ability to crawl at least 95 million sites every day, including social networks, micro-blogging platforms, blogs, image sites, video sites, forums, news sites, review sites, disease- and patient-focused sites
- Historical data dating back to June 2010 or earlier.
- Multiple reporting possibilities, including scheduled reporting that can be applied to any query or channel and set to be generated daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly; and interactive “dashboards” that users can log into at any time
- Ability to export components and data (e.g., via SPSS and Excel) as needed
- API that provides seamless interaction between all data, applications, and devices, and allows access to all its data and metadata and metrics within the analytics portal
- Ability to create custom reports and charts and graphs that can be exported to common file types, e.g., Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to customize trend and threshold alerts according to pre-determined criteria, e.g. specific search terms, authors, impact, sites, location, etc.
- Ability to monitor and detect key changes and alert users to significant changes and anomalies
- Benefit of all regular updates and enhancements at no additional cost provided by company during base year and all four option periods of the contract.
