[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide develop and conduct public education programs to provide community outreach and assistance to support of the Maryland energy administration community solar Grant program.
- Vendor must be able to educate and inform the target community in the areas such as Penalties or actions taken with any missed payments, Required payments other than energy payments, Nature of continuing payments to the electric utility, Explanation of net energy metering, etc.
- Development and execution of direct mailings and emails targeting the community.
- Development of displays, presentations and other materials for public meetings.
- Support through attendance and participation at planning and progress meetings.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 31, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
