[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide medical record locator and information services to help identify interactions between a disability claimant and the healthcare system to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.
- Applicant is required to provide in depth information about the condition(s) or impairment(s) related to their inability to work, medical history including a list of medical providers, current medications, medical tests and procedures, as well as education/vocational background and work experience.
- To make the disability application process more efficient and accurate by utilizing a service that can supply detailed information about a claimant’s medical history and interactions with the healthcare system, service should be able to identify medical and other healthcare providers the claimant has visited and medications that the claimant has been prescribed and should also be able to identify the electronic location(s) of the claimant’s electronic medical record.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
