[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide managing underwriter services to advise on and assist with the management of its multifamily and single-family housing finance programs within programmatic, market, and regulatory parameters to the government authority located in Kensington, MD.
- To market publicly offered bonds issued by the commission to individuals and to institutional investors through direct sales and a syndicate or selling group of investment banking firms.
- To assist the Commission in obtaining credit enhancements, liquidity for variable rate bonds and derivative products to hedge interest rate risk and in structuring bond issues that will provide the lowest effective borrowing cost for mortgage loans financed by the Commission.
- To provide other services that will enable the Commission to improve its financing programs.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 22, 2018.
(3) A contract term will be for two years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
