(1) Vendor needs to provide development, implementation of and training in the use of new audio-visual components to the government authority located in Frederick, MD.
The upgrade must be compatible with the following existing equipment:

- Blackmagic Design ATEM 1 M/E Production Studio 4K
- Allen and Heath Qu-16
- Bright Eye 33 Analog Audio Distribution Amplifier
- Bright Eye Mitto Pro 2 Scan Converter with HDCP
- Listen LT-800 FM Transmitter
- Sennheiser ADN CU1
