[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide social marketing campaign services through social media and other avenues to effectively communicate with the target audience, with an emphasis on creative, informative, interesting, empowering and respectful messages, responsibilities include but are not limited to, digital strategy development, content and creative development and production, performance analysis and evaluating and modifying strategy as needed, more relevant marketing campaigns, a portfolio consisting of advertising samples from the campaign, utilize their knowledge of the target demographic to determine which websites, print publications and other media would most effectively reach this population, and will purchase online, smartphone app, print, TV and radio advertisements, utilizing and adapting an existing social marketing campaign.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 18, 2018.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
