[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide enviro recovery care coordinator support services to Coordinator responsibilities encompass the full spectrum of care, services, and benefits needed for holistic recovery of the whole person and life‐long continuity of care to the government authority located in Joint Base Andrews, MD.
- Communicating with the service member and with the service member’s family or other individuals designated by the service member regarding non-medical matters that arise during the care, recovery, and transition of the service member.
- Non-Clinical case management support to seriously wounded, ill, and injured Airmen, their families, and caregiver’s specific military and OCONUS locations.
- Program is nonmedical and provides care management without the special training required for medical personnel.
- It serves as a collaborative process of inter-service, interagency, intergovernmental, public and private collaboration through unified common standards of care, standards of practice, comprehensive recovery plan and national resource directory.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 17, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
