[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide workers compensation third party claim administration professional services for claims, investigations, claims processing and claims management, including investigation, case preparation for litigation purposes, case management, bill review, including professional review and enhanced bill review, preferred provider network access, patient care, pharmacy benefit program, peer review and medical records review, medicare reports and medicare set asides; nurse triage, connected care services, processing and payment of all claim related benefits and expenses and independent medical examination referrals and scheduling, insure all claim amounts paid are appropriate, legitimate and correct under law, possible savings on claims as appropriate and preparation and defense of all legal proceedings related to claims.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on October 18, 2018.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 19, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
