[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide education survey planning and document assistance services for activities associated with the data collection, processing, dissemination and analysis of several surveys, planning, managing, and monitoring the data collection activities, elementary and secondary education systems in both the public and private sector and the teachers and staffs
who staff them in order to develop appropriate survey content, effective data collection contact strategies and precise data editing logic, management of the sampled cases and their outcomes and those activities involved in capturing, transmitting, and editing the data provided by the respondents as well as adding and handling extant data from outside educational data sources to be present on final data products, maintain consistency across surveys from the same entities, the edits and imputations performed on the survey data are quite complex, perform analyst review of the edited and imputed data files to ensure that the imputed values are consistent with the other data on the questionnaire record and conduct data product review and quality checks of the final data files and products to the government authority located in Suitland, MD.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2018.
(3) This bid is set aside for total small business.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
