[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide advanced research and data analysis services for periodic modifications of assumptions and model structure as necessary to accommodate the changing economic environment, changing data availability and subsidy program policy changes, forecasts of enrollment and expense for two and a half years, produced monthly, with the additional analysis necessary to produce high and low scenarios around the central forecast, annual reviews of forecast accuracy, including a review of recent forecasting performance and consideration of possible improvements to the government authority located Baltimore, MD.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on October 19, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 22, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
