[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide desk technician resources services for support the judicial information systems, the information technology arm for the judiciary, is comprised of six major units including application development, technology enhancements and networks, local area network and desktop administration, site evaluation and preparation, operational support, communication with judiciary users including receiving phone calls and responding to emails or instant messages, account management including password resets and account troubleshooting, maintain password, data integrity and file system security for the computing environment, continue to develop self-knowledge and skills to keep apprised of new and changing industry products, services, standards and trends and ability to communicate effectively to the government authority located in Annapolis, MD.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on October 15, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
