[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate development and financing consultant services with its mission and Strategic Plan, thereby expanding its existing pool of professionals to the government authority located in Kensington, MD.
- Real Estate Development activities will include the structuring of real estate transactions and developing project budgets, operating projections, and processing and reviewing construction draw; securing land entitlements, obtaining building and utilities permits and other requisite approvals from various county agencies related to the construction process; supporting the achievement of
commission approvals; assisting in the selection of members of development teams.
- Financing activities will include but are not limited to identification of potential funding from both private and public sources, raising of project equity and debt, analysis of project leverage recommendation of financing structures, disposition advisory and limited partnership negotiations.
(2) All questions must be submitted in written no later than September 18, 2018.
