[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide program management services for capital improvement program management manual and standard operating procedures, resulting standards and procedures would represent the first step in implementing a total quality management system for its CIP project management system, including the timely delivery of capital projects, document and chart its existing capital project management processes, analyze the existing processes compared to relevant industry best practices for capital project management, prepare a written capital project management manual that includes the department’s procedures and standards for development projects that align with applicable commission policies and practices including its Purchasing Manual to the government authority located in Riverdale, MD.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on October 2, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 11, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
