Vendor needs to provide audit open source intelligence solution is to leverage a third-party service to integrate with existing operational analyst event alerting processes and procedures, solution should be able to leverage a wide variety of internet resources which are representative of the current cyber threat landscape, solution will be able to detect publicly available information relevant to the agency which may be useful to a threat actor, also provide operational intelligence and facilitate strategic intelligence gathering, solution must have a freely available vendor-provided plugin for IBM Resilient to allow for information to be accessed as a threat source, solution must provide access for up to five users in addition to API access, solution must provide indicators of compromise, attributable tools tactics and procedures for the purposes of pre- and post-intrusion intelligence, solution must be able to support the addition of ad-hoc queries, able to monitor and alert on saved ad-hoc queries, allow the agency to define a variety of indicators, such as but not limited to domain information, social media attributes, email addresses, user information, and application information, must be able to allow an analyst to review and conduct further analysis of identified events from the centralized cloud portal to identify indicators of compromise, event source, adjacent events, identify the type of vulnerability which has or will be exploited and provide remediation recommendations and solution must support industry standard network protocols.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
