(1) Vendor needs to provide analysis of current process for identifying, documenting, assessing and managing skills data as it relates to work products and the human capital life cycle of the workforce the government authority located in Patuxent River, MD.
- This analysis shall include how currently assesses skills and related proficiencies in order to determine skills gaps, and how this data is used to inform Command recruitment and development strategies to close those gaps.
(2) This bid is eta side for total small business.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
