[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise collaborative work management for full-featured project management tool for the purposes of managing projects and collaborating on projects in real-time, for tracking actions and tasks as hierarchical and nested work packages (nested action trees), as well as generating automated progress reports and project team dashboards. general user-friendliness is imperative, as is an intuitive new user learning experience. we also prefer a high level of interoperability existing enterprise-wide suite of google applications, including project-level permissions similar to google docs and google sheets to the government authority located in Silver Spring, MD.
(2) This bid is set aside for total small business.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
