(1) Vendor needs to provide generative adversarial networks services for automatic whole slide imaging dataset expansion and analysis, develop and evaluate novel automatic techniques for medical data set expansion using generative adversarial network technology, to train on the images and word descriptions to develop a model to bootstrap using the small manual expert marked image set to develop a larger whole slide image dataset, to the government authority located in Bethesda, MD.
(2) A contract term will be for one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
