[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide public education, content promotion and media outreach service for developing and executing an overarching communications strategic plan for public education and stakeholder engagement for the wear the cost initiative.
- Promotion of wear the cost website content
- Consumer and stakeholder engagement
- Identifying opportunities for partnership with other organizations
- Identifying events and functions, such as those sponsored by the network for regional health improvement, both live and virtual, to help promote the website
- Creating awareness campaigns to enhance the visibility and reach of the wear the cost initiative
- The Contractor shall perform regular monitoring of wear the cost social media presence including the official social media accounts on Facebook and twitter, as well as activities and hashtag references to the wear the cost initiative.
- The Contractor shall build upon previous advertising campaign assets to develop and manage a results-oriented public engagement campaign. this deliverable shall include creating, managing, and executing social media advertising using twitter, Facebook, and google Adwords needed to support the most recent website release and the upcoming launch of Medicare data scheduled for Spring 2019, along with other content on the wear the cost website.
- The Contractor shall develop features, stories and blogs (a minimum of one 500 to 700- word piece of content per month) on a schedule and set of topics devised in consultation with staff and other contractors.
- At the request of contract monitor, the contractor shall draft a press release to announce the release of new data and content on wear the cost, provide edit recommendations, finalize, and publish the press release.
- The Contractor shall plan and conduct approximately two (2) one-hour twitter chats to discuss the release of both the Medicare (2015/2016) data and the updated commercial (2016/2017) data, or participate in a twitter chat organized by other organizations to further support the wear the cost initiative.
- At the request of contract monitor, the contractor shall participate in tasks such as audience focused campaigns; the development of educational videos; interview preparations for spokespersons; the facilitation of media interviews; and ongoing consultation and technical assistance on related communication activities to ensure that communications are responsive to the needs of the wear the cost initiative.
- The Contractor shall report to on media placements, social media engagements, advertising campaigns, and website traffic and metrics.
(2) Contract term will be one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
