[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide loan title services for properties owned by individuals, corporations, not-for-profit organizations, limited partnerships, general partnerships and limited liability companies who are recipients of financing, ability to lien or encumber the property, unreported debt associated with the property that would impact its ability to lien or encumber the property and a security interest in the property in the form of a deed of trust or other instrument to the government authority located in Lanham, MD.
(2) A pre-bid meeting will be held on September 12, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
