- establishment of a UC platform that leverages current technology trends is principally a software-based solution that maintains data security, and provides redundancy and retention which will position the agency to meet growing customer demands.
- use of an established integrators services, leveraging industry experience and innovative solutions, will provide the agency with the needed enterprise VOIP, contact center and UC platform capabilities.
