[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide next generation telephony project services is the convergence of capabilities such as voice, video, desktop services, and contact center services to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enable mobility to the government authority located Baltimore, MD.
- Contact Center applications include all contact centers and help desk applications.
- Helpdesk is responsible for live operator services of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Helpdesk provides live operator services, including call transfers and directory lookup, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
(2) All question had been submitted in written no later than September, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite and Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
