[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide communications, applications and systems engineering and analysis support services to perform end-to-end optimization, analysis, and troubleshooting of DISA and mission partner enterprise applications, services and shared infrastructure capabilities to the government authority located in Fort Meade, MD.
- Enterprise Engineering also provides solution analysis for technical problems that arise within different communications and information systems applications, programs and projects, and performs analytic studies to determine optimal future network configurations, system modifications and enhancements, and problem resolution efforts and also helps to enhance operational efficiency, optimize service performance, and resolve operational problems among multiple stakeholders.
- Also provide support for communications and information systems engineering, network engineering, systems and tools development, performance evaluation, problem root cause analysis/prevention, and technical evaluations of enterprise IT systems, applications, and services owned and operated by DISA and DISA’s mission partners.
(2) This bid is set aside for total small business.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
