(1) Vendor needs to provide English for speakers of other languages instructional program consultant services to the government authority located Rockville, MD.
- Provide an initial analysis of instruction of English Learners (ELs) using research-based tools and provide areas for improvement and pathway to achieve said improvements.
- Provide training and monitor application of the use of academic language across various content areas in the elementary setting to a variety of participants potentially.
- Provide access to resources, examine current data structures and analyze the measure of impact of the contracted work, provide multiple mediums for professional learning, assist in the planning and implementation of new structures and processes, etc.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 23, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
