[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide study of individualized education program process services entity for the purposes of conducting a comprehensive,
- Including the procedures relating to the identification, evaluation, educational placement of a child, the provision of a free and appropriate education, the dispute resolution procedures,
- The study must include a review of the methodology to estimate the cost of providing an adequate education to students with disabilities in special education
- The study must also result in a recommendation regarding the appropriate level of funding for special education students and any weights that may correspond to the recommended funding level, etc. to the government authority located in Prince Frederick, MD.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on August 28, 2018.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 6, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
