(1) Vendor needs to provide consulting services to perform a study and provide recommendations regarding management and operations of the park including management structure and organization, responsibilities, review of all duties and responsibilities of staff, review all duties and responsibilities of the mayor, including political, executive, administrative, or managerial duties and responsibilities and etc. to the government authority located in University Park, MD.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on September 6, 2018.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 7, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
