(1) Vendor needs to provide voice and data network assessments service to features and capabilities available with VoIP, VoIP approaches (on premises, cloud) and integration with or replacement of existing video conferencing capabilities, conversion and rollout co-existence strategies, business continuity, and all other factors that need to be considered in the planning of this effort and the selection of VoIP services and provider to the government authority located in Annapolis, MD.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on August 21, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be one year.
