(1) Vendor needs to provide digital web base hosting service allows the various research pathologists to login into the hosting service when available to perform the study, all research pathologists using the same system with the same capabilities, the data collected would enable the comparison of pathologist performance for reading digitalized whole slide images with the same technology to the government authority located in Silver Spring, MD.
(2) This bid is set aside for total small business.
