(1) Vendor needs to provide mail file processing services of CMS with mail file processing techniques that will ensure CMS is doing the following mailing only one handbook to each household of people with Medicare and not mailing the handbook or the MSN to an address that is known to be incorrect or insufficient address for any person to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.
(2) This bid is set aside for total small business.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
